Take it from one who knows.....everybody sounded terrible on USO PAs. Luckily, at that show, no one was listening....sorta like a silent movie with an at her peak Ms. Welch.
If you can tear your eyes away from Ms Welch, check out the "bandleader" who seems to be having a tough time summoning the energy to even snap his fingers...
