He was so open about wrestling his demons, of all of this crew of grunge-other than Vedder, my age group (and some of you guys too) born in the musical 60s, I thought he'd still be standing years from now, wiser and still blessing us with that voice. I feel so bad for his family. His version of Nothing Compares to You is a fave.
