While it was a huge hit, kind of a disservice that he is only really known for the Ain't Got No Home, ribbet, schtick. He has a good voice and had several other good songs to his credit. There's a compilatiion of his work, released in 2005, entitled The Complete Argo Recordings, that's def worth finding.
And one of the great nicknames of all time.
