Kingston Jamaica

It’s been two full days of non-stop digging in dark warehouses, the legendary Studio One studio, tiny shops and the legendary Rockers International where I got to spin records for about an hour. We are working in the dark (no electricity) and with no air conditioning, and as brutal as it sounds, it’s been an incredibly fruitful adventure.

  3. Looks like you had an amazing adventure.

I expect there will be some serious deep groove vinyl cleaning with those records when they arrrive in the USA.

Did you purchase any of the records for yourself?

  8. Gotta appreciate the adventure part of a trip like that. I do wonder if the searching goes beyond 2 or 3days a person might grow weary but I understand that can absolutely depend on the success of the search.
Hope it is going well and look forward to your future posts on the adventures.
You must inhale before you leave though.
