I've deliberately saved it for this quiet Sunday. Have to say, I'm really looking forward to it. I think the highwater mark is higher on "3" but "2021" is more consistent. Then again, this is only based on 1 listen for each.
cmealhahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03201121023050701074noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4357001616333664522.post-58442357263191488782021-09-21T14:45:45.340-07:002021-09-21T14:45:45.340-07:00Been waiting for some new Kaz.Been waiting for some new Kaz.FD13NYChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14964671671960423199noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4357001616333664522.post-87879277359087828962021-09-21T14:37:25.633-07:002021-09-21T14:37:25.633-07:00@cmealha

I think I like "Three" just a bit more, but it's still early.Sal Nunziatohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09221629293545204260noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4357001616333664522.post-15621071986534938932021-09-21T14:24:58.597-07:002021-09-21T14:24:58.597-07:00I listened to the album after reading the post. "Her Love Is Sunshine" reminds me of the beginning of Todd's "Fade Away" and something Jeff Lynne would write. "Everything I Shouldn't Want" is a Utopia throwback. There are other worthy tunes as well. I think the only misstep was the "(What's So Funny 'bout) Peace Love And Understanding" remake. A solid album. I was going to buy the vinyl but I don't see that it's available. On to "3".cmealhahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03201121023050701074noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4357001616333664522.post-3030859723937179362021-09-21T09:40:53.468-07:002021-09-21T09:40:53.468-07:00Sounds good! (BTW, had a small fright at first - the way you did the headline with a date, I thought Kasim had passed - whew)

These songs show how much of Todd's sound since '77 may also be called Kasim's sound. Or maybe the other way around. Or both. Either way, two kindred musical souls.A Walk In The Woodsnoreply@blogger.com
