He is a perfect candidate with a long career of making interesting records in undeserved relative obscurity.
A friend turned me onto "Antique Glow" shortly before his 2006 Sub Pop release, "Below The Branches".
I saw him open for The Dirtbombs at Maxwells.

Love it! I hear lo-fi Beach Boys/Wilson Bros. Looking forward to this. Thanks for the share, BBJ!
ReplyDeleteThis is great. Both of my John Sally Ride band members love Kelley Stoltz, so this will be a great entry for me. Thanks for the up.
ReplyDeleteBased solely on the video you shared, I'm tucking my napkin into my collar and digging in.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I'm unfamiliar with his stuff, but I usually like what you like so I'm giving him a listen! - Stinky

So. Much. Fun.
ReplyDeleteOnce again the depth of my musical ignorance never ceases to amaze me.
Thanks BBJ
Wow - great, great mix. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteNever heard of him, but the video sounds good, so I'm grabbing it. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteReally glad to see this... Kelley is soooo good. Looking forward to hearing your mix.
