It's hard not to think that someone in the great beyond is playing a dirty trick on the great people of Louisiana. Almost 3 years to the day, New Orleans and it's surrounding areas were smacked around, yet again, by Motherf***ing Nature, especially the city of Houma. And though re-entry for the hundreds of thousands is imminent, it may take a few weeks to get power restored to many Parishes. The Crescent City can always use your help.
