I have never been off The Clash. There aren't many bands or artists I can say that about. My favorite artists of all time, at one time, have sickened me like a bad meal. Like getting sick on

With the recent release of the stellar "The Clash Live At Shea Stadium," I have been playing The Clash more than ever. I even go back to "Sandinista" and pretend that I don't dislike it as much as I do because I love this band so much. I am still not sick of them Not even "Should I Stay Or Should I Go?"
This brings me to

I love The Clash with white hot passion and have from jump street. I even like some of the stuff on Give Em Enough Rope. When Joe left I did not follow him to The Mescaleros. But then when that great bio movie of him came out a couple of years ago (can't remember the name) it featured some of The Mescaleros stuff so I decided to check it out. Somebody told me to get Streetcore-boy what a find. Love it, especially Coma Girl, Go Down Moses, and the most haunting version of Redemption Song I have ever heard. Thanks for the zip.
Sal -- thanks very much for this -- I've been wondering when we would see a live Mescaleros set ever since the "White Man Live At The 100 Club" was included on a Mojo "Radio Clash" CD in 2004. Muchos muchos gracias. And thanks for everything else, too...
Thanks for reading Bob & CoolSchool. I may do a follow-up Joe mix, with some odd Mescalero b-sides.
