Sal...is it possible that you and i are the only ones who love this compilation? or is everyone else too busy inserting caustic, yet hilarious comments, to mention how brilliant this music is?...steven

Can you believe it? NO COMMENTS...until now.

OMG, there is not one bad cut on this album, absolutely incredible. As one who was indoctrinated by his mother to RC with "Genius + Soul = Jazz", I knew there had to be something to the guy, but listening to this, I felt like Indiana Jones when he found the Ark. This guy IS the touchstone.

Thank you, Sal, thank the guy in Europe and thank YOU, Mr. Charles

Plainly put, you sir, are amazing! I was remiss in not thanking you for the Costello show. And still you keep giving and giving! Thank you so very much. I owe you as many beers as you want. Take care.

I was unable to check in until now, but this was a terrific surprise. Ray is the best. And "unofficial" Ray is even better (if that's possible)!

Thanks again!

P.S. All the LP titles I own on your wish list were spoken for. But hopefully I'll be able to pitch in on next round.

I had NO IDEA there was so much incredibly fabulous material of his that I had never heard. What a revelation this post is and continues to be as I play through it. Thank you so much for posting this.
