Nice tune... I hadn't heard the name Savoy Brown in ages. That's the cool thing about being a music fan in 2013 (almost 2014) - all eras accessible at will.
I've been reading Dick "Only Women Bleed" Wagner's autobiography the past few days and having an interesting time researching the bands he was in, main one being The Frost. If you get on youtube, the similar video sidebar has a whole slew of Detroit-area blues/rock bands from late 60s/early 70s who were probably regional superstars, but not so well known overall. Makes for an interesting listen. Sort of like Gary Puckett and the Union Gap crossed with Vanilla Fudge!
