Excellent mix Sal -- Thanks!
Ditto & a couple of good rock songs I can try headbanging to into the bargain, although last time resulted in wearing a neck brace for seven days & being shouted at for scaring small children. Oh well, here goes "Where is your star? Is it far, is it far, is it far?" They don't write 'em like that anymore. Cheers & hope you get the weekend you want.
I never gave Heroes much of a thought until an ex-girlfriend - in fact, the one that got away - told me she thought it was one of the saddest songs ever written. Now it always reminds me of her. An amazing record.
Great Sound-On-Sound article on its creation:

Rest of the mix is great per usual! Thanks Sal.
Welcome back Sal - looking forward to hearing this!
Anybody know why "Heroes" was/is specifically named with quotes around it?
Thanks Guys
Another excellent mix, love the Neil Finn and Eddie Vedder version of the classic hunters and collectors song "throw your arms around me"
Regards
