This song is a gem of a reminder that Ian is still writing and playing fantastically good rock 'n' roll. The entire album (and for that matter, his later solo catalog starting with Rant in 2001) is incredible. And a crazy-good band! The 2012 release, When I'm President, is just as timely, fun and powerful as anything he's done before. I love this guy!.....Thanks, Sal.

Is Ian getting better and better...or am still trying to catch up?

Unfortunately, to my shame, it is the latter. What a great song and totally relatable to any one in a relationship.

It's good, but after two minutes I was wondering how I was going to make the whole five. After the solo I got tired of hearing about his big mouth. "Marionette" it ain't.

One of my favorite Ian songs. His solo career is worth taking a week, and listening to every album. Some albums are spotty, but there are gems on each one. I`m particularly fond of "The Artful Dodger", although Don Valentine and I disagree amiably about a couple of tunes. The man is still going strong well into his `70`s, still got the goods.
