Meet The Newest Wilbury

Here's the first single from the upcoming Bryan Adams record produced by Jeff Lynne.

Reminds me of 'Don't Let Go' from Armchair Theater. Actually, I kind of like it.

Sounds more like Jeffy Lynne than Bryan Adams.
And that's a good thing in my book.

Hello all...no, please remain seated,

Not too bad at all. But where are the other 15 Addicted-to-Love girls? Is this a metaphor for more monogamous times?

Good tune, very Dave Edmunds-like. It made me wish it was from a new Dave Edmunds album.

Beautiful Gibson ES175 with "soapbar" P90 pickups. A $10,000 guitar. The song made me wonder if I'm sick of music. Boring, generic, pseudo rockabilly. The Newest Wilbury indeed.

I dig it! Thanks for sharing because I never would have checked it out anyway, unless I reached too far in the Ryan Adams section.

This is Bryan Adams in name only. At least Joe Walsh's lp had some his personality.
not that I know what Adams brings to the table.

I'd like to see Bryan Adams and Ryan Adams team up to do a single, with each covering a song of his choice from the other's catalog.

Not bad at all. Proves to me that Jeff Lynne can make ANYONE sound good. I haven't liked any Bryan Adams song since Cuts Like a Knife....up until now.

Nothing like a good old sterile Jeff Lynne production. Randy

Has Bryan quit smoking? Or did Jeff say it's time to quit the raspy voice shtick. Maybe he's been in the wrong key all those years ago.
