I've heard a lot of really good things about the opening night of the Bruce tour. 34 songs, 3 and a half hours long. Stripped down E Street Band (if you can call 9 people 'stripped down'). This was a very good cover, and one that fit the E Street Band well. Looking forward to seeing for myself tomorrow night in Chicago.
Everyone was tweeting that this was the best opening show in ages, and some of the arrangements were stunning, and this tribute was sweet icing on the cake. We knew he'd do a Bowie song, no one was sure which one, this was perfect and the perfect choice.

Wow. Just right.
I'm starting to the think that the Boss might be the coolest American in history.
This is EXACTLY what I was hoping he'd do.
