Damn, yes. I discovered this song on the "Big Ol' Box Of Soul" box set Rhino put out 25-30 years ago, the one that came in a "45s box" but was on CD. What a great box set, introduced me to so many songs like this.
Love Otis Clay! In college back in the mid-80s, we had a big blowout party and our social chairman knew someone who booked blues bands from Chicago. One year we had Eddy Clearwater and the next year was Otis Clay. I'm sure Otis thought we were a bunch of idiots (he wouldn't be wrong) but we loved him and treated him well. He put on a great show.

Pretty sure the version on that box is the rerecord from 1972. Also, great.
This may be heretical to say, but Cheap Trick's Brontosaurus cover is a real disappointment.
It's definitely inferior to the Move, but I still dig it.
Otis Clay is wonderful on this tune and I’m off to buy ice cream thanks to The Dynamics.
