From shortest (about a minute) to the longest (and leaving off live versions of Ramones songs!):

The Theme songs from "Lost In Space" and "Come On Get Happy" -- from The Partridge Family

Evelyn, A Modified Dog -- Frank Zappa (one of the first that jumped to mind)

Lazing On A Sunday Afternoon -- Queen

Timing X -- Devo

Run It, God Damn Job, Fuck School and Tommy Gets His Tonsils Out -- The Replacements

Mother -- Kacey Musgraves

I've Gotta Know -- Sloan

Flying High Again -- Sloan ("Never Hear The End of It" has a bunch of short songs -- this is the one that came to mind.)

The brilliant "Dad, I'm in Jail" by Was (Not Was) should win the thread, though.

"The Elements" -- Tom Lehrer (I could have picked from a whole bunch...)

"Peter's Denial" and "PIlate's Dream"-- Jesus Christ Superstar

"Golden Slumbers" then "Carry That Weight" -- The Beatles

"Early In The Morning" -- Peter, Paul & Mary

"I Love You" -- The Pipettes (the debut has a bunch of under-2-minute songs -- and they are all great)

"Hello There" -- Cheap Trick

"Eruption" -- Van Halen

"Mediocre Fred" -- The Smothers Brothers

"Baby Snakes" -- Frank Zappa

"Ouch!" -- The Rutles

"Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want" -- The Smiths

"You Just May Be The One" and "The Kind of Girl I Could Love" -- The Monkees

"Alligators All Around" -- Carole King (from the "Really Rosie" soundtrack)

"Shape of Things To Come" -- Max Frost and the Troopers (maybe my favorite song on this list!)

"Like The Seasons" and "Buzz Saw" -- The Turtles

"Prepare Ye (The Way Of The Lord" -- Godspell

"The Good In Everyone" -- Sloan (the version without the crowd noises -- so that may be stretching it.

"Exercise Man" -- The Deen Ween Group

Just off the top of my head...and a quick iTunes search...the following:

It's Not Unusual
You Just May be The One
The Letter
She's A Lady...

2:00 or over.

"You Just May Be The One" -- "Mono TV version" and "Stereo Remix" versions -- are under 2:00. I sorted my iTunes library by time for my list. Headquarters version is 2:04. Blame the box set for my list. :-). And even the Headquarters version has 5 seconds of silence after the last note.
