Deacon John!!! He also just recorded a cover of the old Chuck Berry chestnut, Havana Moon, with a local group, Bamboula 2000. Its on their latest album, Cuba to Congo Square.
Deac has been around forever, but has just a few recordings under his name. His old 45s are in high demand. Locally, he's best known for his version of Many Rivers to Cross - only issed on a 45. Its on Youtube, but the sound quality is iffy. Here's a link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3V9nt4o9ew4
