Heard this was coming out but had yet to hear it. Yeah, it is pretty good. For the Led Zeppelin community, this has been a song that has existed only in Zeppelin lore, maybe being real, maybe not. Rumored to have been recorded around the time Keef turned Jimmy onto heroin.
Why does Mick Jagger insist on strapping on a guitar in the company of LEGENDARY guitarists? It's bad enough when he plays with Ronnie Wood & Keef, but enough is enough!
It's like when Tarantino puts himself in a scene playing opposite Harvey Keitel--he's going to suffer the comparison!
Pretty good indeed. Goat's Head Soup was lost on me at the time but it's faired better over the years but not much. I do like "Criss Cross" and "Scarlet" very much.
Blimey! Fancy sitting on this track for the best part of 50 years. So good and fresh it could've been recorded yesterday & it's better than a lot of the stuff they come up with nowadays. Cheers!

But yeah, I like this track, too!

Interesting. To me it really doesn't sound like typical Stones or Zep. But, def like it.

Exqueeze me ? Jagger is a great rhythm guitar player.
Freshest thing I've heard from those guys in some time.
Very Zeppy sounding Jimmy licks.
That was very cool!
Page fits right in . . .
