Even if King Crimson is not your cup of tea, it'd be hard not to appreciate this performance.

The mighty Crims are one of the best live bands I've seen. The 80's quartet and 90's sextet were both fantastic, with Pat Mastelotto and Bill Bruford on the percussion instruments.
I haven't seen this version of the band yet, but hopefully the Covid problems and Brexit folly (https://www.ism.org/news/where-is-the-music-ism-responds-to-the-brexit-trade-agreement) can be overcome sometime soon. They had planned a European tour in 2020, but we know how that went. It looks like their current US tour is happening.
The video shows off just how good they are, though it will take some time for me to get used to the new vocal arrangement on this track. Mastelotto, Gavin Harrison, and Jeremy Stacey are all worthy of being at the front of the stage.
Saw this tour in Atlanta a month ago, and can't recommend it enough. I read afterwards that they're now saying it will be their last time touring the US. They wanted to avoid the "tacky device" of calling it a farewell tour.
Gavin Harrison, btw, is as good as it gets as a drummer, and is thrilling to watch
I too saw them in 2017, and will see them again in a few weeks. That show was missing the since departed Bill Rieflin, but it was enough for me to decide to see them again while I still can, considering three of the guys are in their 70s.

I saw the The Mighty Crim in 2017. One of the best shows I've ever seen. I miss Bill Bruford, but 3 drummers!
my first thought - how many roadies do they travel with?
Looking forward to seeing them on the fall 2021 leg.
