Memories Of Cindy

Spoiler alert: Tomorrows Weekend Mix will not be Marty Stuart.

File that idea under "Someday". There's a lot of great material and little, if any, filler involved. The hardest part is whittling it down into a form that makes sense and does it justice. Next time, whenever that is.

Today I'm finishing up what will drop tomorrow, and it will most likely be unfamiliar territory I hope to make the case for.

In the meantime, here's an interesting distraction recently revealed to me by the powers of randomness. It's vaporwave related in that it expresses a nostalgia for the late '80's-early '90's, and VHS.

Created by Dutch artist Palmbomen II, it plays like something on TV in the background of "Blue Velvet", or "Twin Peaks", mixed with Tim & Eric's "Great Job!". Music is at the center, but is still only part of the whole experience. Super weird, and really funny in the details.

Please enjoy "Memories Of Cindy" Parts I-IV:

After watching, your life might never be the same.

Wow. I just watched the first one so far. This is beyond interesting. I’ll watch again that first one before moving with the rest. Big thanks for this.

You are missing a great one (Marty Stuart).
His home is a Nashville museum - very interesting individual
