From 2013, here is some Zapruder-quality footage of Mike Esposito on guitar, Sal Iuvara on bass and backing vocals, and yours truly on drums and lead vocals covering Aerosmith covering Rufus Thomas.
I am forever scrolling through old videos of rehearsals and this one felt good, especially since it was our first time playing together in 32 years.

OK, I wasn't familiar with Aerosmith's version of this, which I looked up after hearing your version. I looked it up because I thought your version absolutely smoked. I know this site seems to favor higher production values, but I've been a collector or demos, live versions, and rehearsals forever, and I love, love, love your guys' take on this, with those fat drums upfront and such a nasty tone on the guitar. My boy sat next to me as I watched your vid and asked if I was going to download your version, and I said, "Oh yeah."
Aerosmith's version was OK.
C in California
I hear there’s an residency available in Vegas that just opened up. A very commendable effort.
C In California,
Thank you. Your comments were the highlight in a week of lowlights.
You too, cmealha. Nothing like "commendable" rock and roll!
:)
(For those reading, cmealha and I go way back and have made some amazing music together.)
Great vocal ( While drumming no Less!!!!! ) and there was a phenomenal drum roll right before the guitar solo.
