Townshend & Messina?

Where he will be performing all your favorites including "Pooh Are You" and "Your Baba Don't Dance."

But seriously, what's with that poster? Must have been one of those rare leaps in "Danny's Song."

What album (song) could he possibly be promoting that would require that leap? Maybe a deep knee dip but never anything that "rocked out"

Is the new Kenny the same as the old Kenny?

Dang, I wish I knew Kenny Loggins' backlog well enough to join in the puns here. Off subject -- or perhaps not -- is it just me, or does 'backlog' sound like those things we (hopefully) leave in the toilet (hopefully) daily?

I don't have time to think up a snappy comment but would like to thank everyone above me for giving me great chuckles - good job, everyone!

Kenny rocked out! I mean, briefly and just a little, but certainly compared to his L&M days. Or at least he tried. Fans got annoyed and said, "You're not Led Zeppelin, Kenny." True story! Oh and he and Messina are doing a one-off concert in LA with them doing a set, and then Messina exiting and Loggins doing solo. Reminds me of the Paul Simon tour where he'd have Art for the early songs then send him away to do solo stuff. That seemed kind of cruel so I'm glad I skipped it and saw one of their last full tours when they both seemed in a good mood.

I don't have anything funny to say, so I'll just say this: 'Ol Kenny used to get pretty worked up in his younger days. I attended many Loggins and Messina show back then, and he did that Townshend sort of stuff all the time. He really got going during "Your Mama Don't Dance". I remeber thinking he must have done a trashbag full of coke pre-show.
