It's cool, but it's no Spirits of Congo Square. Perhaps apples and oranges though. Still flipping in Joshua Tree. Lots of psychedelic old friends to merge into. The festival's always fun. In a few, Pappy & Harriet's for dinner and Shintaro Sakamoto. Fingers crossed.

One of my favorite Nawlins albums. 'Walkin' Home' reminds me of the great Charlie Gabriel album you turned me on to, '89'.
Tough to get 'Indian Blues' since it was a vinyl subscription release, but it looks like it's getting a re-release on 11/15. Hallelujah!!
