While in the course of my daily Instagram doomscrolling, coupled with the new, tariff-related anxiety about a 90 seconds to midnight possibility of homelessness, I did happen upon this video, which quite frankly, floored me. That it has eluded me for these years is something I can't quite figure out. Let's just say I've been...uh...distracted.
Behold, Dhani Harrison and Friends and a motherflipping killer version of Pop's "Let it Down."
I mean, Jeebus, it's George, live and in person.

Dhani and the band kick some ass!
Awesome version. One of my very favorite songs from George.
That definitely rocks!
Well, holy hell, that was great.
Sal, have you heard Dhani's band thenewno2's "You Are Here" from 2008. Oh man! It's my favorite album by a Beatle-child other than Sean Lennon's "Into The Sun"

Also, have you heard Yim Yames' 'Tribute To'? Sublime.

Holy Crap!!!!! That entire band was amazing. All Things Must Pass might be the Beatles lp (I know, its Harrison) that I listen to the most over the past decade. Thanks for posting it, Sal!
Holy Crap is right!
