I have over 700 Blue Beat 45's in my iTunes library. For those unfamiliar, Blue Beat is basically a term for the birth of Ska. I went nuts over the course of a week after returning from Kingston. The obsessive collector in me was at a fever pitch, still in the glory of that Jamaica trip. Many of these 45s in my library are vinyl rips. Some have yet to appear on officially released, remastered collections, though I'm sure some of the more savvy bloghunters could probably track all 737 down like I did, if you so desired.
This mix will hopefully make some of you happy. I know it's not for everyone. But it's 20 songs, not 737, so it's very manageable, fan or not.
