New From Icecream Hands

From the new album "Giant Fox Pineapple Tree," please enjoy Icecream Hands and their lovely first single "Back On the Road."

I came very late to this party back in February, but thanks to some good friends looking out, I got to catch up with much of their catalogue and I am forever grateful.

The full length is out in November and you can do all your pre-ordering, pre-saving, pre-ruining, and pre-scheming over at Bandcamp.

I was pretty much unaware of those kids, but that is simply gorgeous. Thanks for posting.

Looks like the driver is on the right, so they have to be British or Australian ?

I wrote about them back in February. I had no clue before then. https://burnwoodtonite.blogspot.com/2025/02/icecream-hands-where-hell-have-i-been.html?m=1

I spend a lot of time in Australia. I have relatives & expatriate friends spread all over the country. Plus the surfing. Almost two decades ago, a relative of mine who was a policeman, and has since become a theologian, turned me on to Icecream Hands. He bought me The Good China CD which I liked quite a bit. My last trip to OZ I saw the band live. They pulled it off. I like the advance single. A heap.

Thanks Sal. You Rock. Too bad we have to wait till November.

Nice. I'm hearing Allan Clarke.

Like the song - sure sounds like they're fans of the Waterboys The Whole Of The Moon.
