For All My Friends In Sheepshead Bay, Even Though I Know Only One Of You Reads Me
I can't be the only one who thought The Fast were the greatest band in the world for two weeks in 1979. Miki Zone, with his brothers Armand and Paul, did everything they shouldn't have, crossed every line and worked harder at it than any band during the 70s. Read more about them HERE.
Any of you get to see their legendary live performances? Zappa's in Brooklyn, maybe?
Here's their "hit single," produced by Ric Ocasek, and featuring Milk N Cookies' Ian North on bass.
Get in the Zone.

I remember these guys being around at the time, but I never saw 'em and but the record is new to me.
The title of this article was quite amusing. Now that we're aware of your blog, you might like to make us the 2nd (Lead Writer) and 3rd (Editor) readers from Sheepshead Bay. Ray at Sheepshead Bites.

Pretty cute.
As usual I am a day late. If you told me that was Ben Stiller under the mask, I'd probably believe you.
Didn't they also play the Brooklyn Zoo??? I vaguely remember that stick guitar.
