"Songs For Sal's Back" : THE WEEKEND MIX

Today I offer a purely selfish compilation, a dozen songs handpicked for a playlist with me in mind.

There's no common thread other than, I felt like hearing a few and those few brought me to a few more.

I hit play and sprawled out flat on my floor in hopes of helping my poor miserable back which thanks to a combination of box lifting, weather and age, has given me the gait of Fred Sanford.  The photo above is a view from recovery.

I enjoyed the mix. Hope you do, too.

Hello all...no, please remain seated,

How about the old Stephen Foster chestnut revived by Alison Kraus, Lumbar, My Darling?

Anything by Spinal Tap?

Hope you're on the mend soon, Sal...

Andy,

You need a Bit Torrent program like Transmission or something compatible with your computer.

I was going to add Back Off Boogaloo, Get Back, and Right Back Where We Started From - but the others are better so I won't bother! Backache ain't funny so hope it gets better soon. Cheers.....
