Hello all...no, please remain seated,

Great clip! These guys just crushed it. Green Onions still sounds cool, all these years later.

Awesome clip to start the day with. Love Duck Dunn! But, many, they were all cool as could be...

Oh hell yeah. I saw Booker T in not one but TWO shows in one night recently in Atlanta - he did two sets and I just said, hell with it, I'm not going to miss either. It was the exact same set each time, but soooo good. Of course, Green Onions was the highlight... I still get chillbumps hearing it.

Al Jackson Jr...there it is, the driver of this train. With Duck Dunn pumpin' it up on bass, this rhythm section of this band (which is one big rhythm section anyway), is a force that would not be equaled in the music scene then and forever, as far as I'm concerned. Al was gone waaaaay too early but what he left us is still kickin' my ass. Great post, Sal.

Thanks for sharing that, Sal. Loved every second of it. Is it me, or was that an incredible audio mix, especially given the time? In addition to being a tight performance, it sounded great.
