It's Great To Be Back At The Palace

I want to thank Jeff for three outstanding pinch-hits.

I am back.

The Song Of The Day is back.

Lots playing while I was gone. Check out "Now Playing" if you care.

The record store is open, with many new additions and price cuts. Click on "Records For Sale" for some records for sale.

See you tomorrow with some new content. Thanks for sticking around.

Welcome back, Sal!

Re: Now Playing - I see you've been listening to Todd's Something/Anything. Have you by chance heard about the 2019 Music On Vinyl reissues of some of his catalogue?

Not that I need anymore copies - my copy of MOV Who's Next sounds fantastic.

Randy,
I love MOV because their records are quality and they often reissue stuff no one else will. But they are notorious for NOT always using analogue master tapes. Most everything is digital transfers. That said, I was very hapy with the recent Rhino S/A?, so I didn't explore further with the MOV Todd releases.

Happy to see that you're back. Great record shop photo. Is that your old store or really a new one? Speaking of The Who. Last week saw their last show of this US tour at the Hollywood Bowl. A fabulous concert. And Billy Nicholls was part of the band! That was a wow moment for me. Here's a link to a good review of the show if anyone is interested:

Mr. Baez,
It's a record store in Paris that blew my mind. Floor to ceiling bins and boxes with barely a path to navigate. I'm surprised I wasn't found buried under boxes sometime in November.

Glad you loved The Who. I did!
