A) Suggesting I jump for Priority Mail to avoid media mail delays, only to have my One Day Priority Mail box sit idle, unscanned for four days and counting. Thank you, USPS.
But most of all...
B) For taking 20 days to get a box of records from Asbury Park, N.J. to Astoria Queens, N.Y., but not forgetting to add the bonus water, mold and hair before delivery.
Now that's service!

well, it was at least nice of them not to charge you for the hair and mold. That stuff can be expensive.
