Parlez Nous A Boire- Lil' Band O' Gold
I love this debut album from LBOG so much. Their Tom Waits cover was sitting at the top right for a couple of days. Today, they kick things off with some more Cajun rock and roll. If you don't know the record, it might be time.
More Than I Can Do- Steve Earle
I found an external HD with nothing but rehearsals and live shows from bands I was in, dating back to 1979. Tried playing this Steve Earle cut with The Hard Copies, circa 2014. Wasn't bad. Earle's original is better.
Color Me Impressed- The Lolas
Hadn't heard this Replacements cover until our pal Randy sent it to me. Solid. Faithful.
Back On My Feet- Paul McCartney
A great McCartney/Costello collab that remained a b-side.
I'll Never Grow Old- The Maytals
Pure joy.
Jammin' Me- Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers
This one was in that batch of recently purchased 45s. My fave Petty/Dylan co-write.
Jesus Saves, I Spend- St. Vincent
I want to thank BuzzBabyJesus for his St. Vincent mix a few years ago. It was a great introduction and now I am a full fledged fan. Had a mini binge this week, listening to both the self-titled and "Marry Me," with "Strange Mercy" on deck. This one stood out for the mix.

Thanks as always for this - looking forward to "spinning" these tunes.
Well done Sal!
From Lil' Band O' Gold to St. Vincent with all those stops in between this mix is such a nice "recess" on a rainy afternoon.
Thanks!
