Mental & Physical Health Day

My friend and I spent most of yesterday picking up a new collection of records. That's good news. The boxes were on the third floor of a single family house. That's bad news. We made it down the steps, loaded the truck, drove it to my place and divvied up all 2500 records without issue. That's good news. This morning, I can't walk or lift my arms. That's bad news.

I considered sharing news of the new Elton John duets album, featuring Dua Lipa, Charlie Puth, Nicki Minaj, Lil Nas X, and Miley Cyrus, but thought two photos of moving boxes was more exciting.

I need a day. Regular posting resumes tomorrow.

No pain no gain I guess.

Can I open them for you? Just lie on a divan, sipping tea, while I bring over each dusted and carefully presented item for your perusal. You can nod towards the pile it should be placed on or lift an eyebrow if you wish it to be played immediately. (Actually, this would be fun!)

Ha ha... I may not have the strength to hear about an Elton John duets album. I'll need to do some workouts first, let me build up to absorb that.

A broken drumstick poked in the eye, would be preferable to listening to the new Elton cd.

This is much less snarky than the comment I first thought of for Elton's new record.

Sal I have a piece of advice for whenever you encounter a record haul such as this! Before your arrival 3 Advils every 4-6 hours and continue til next day. then your limbs will function the following day. Just an FYI
