I had no idea who The Greedies were until I Youtubed the song - that was a fun three minutes!

I used to listen to the Fogelberg/Weisberg album back in the day though I'll bet it's been nigh on 40 years since I've last spun it.

Great Viola track, he never fails.

Well, that's a deep cut on Dan Fogelberg and Tim Weisberg. Their album cover for Twin Sons of Different Mothers is pure 70s hair! Thx for the intriguing SOTD mix, as always! (Plus, Prefab!)

That version of Silent Night is amazing... the melody they blend in --- is that Miles' "All Blues" I'm hearing?

Yes. Really clever. There is another track, "Silver Bells" I think, where Maurice incorporates the horn riff from "Soulful Strut." It's a great little Christmas album.
