No lie. I've often retorted to folks, who tell me to 'act my age', that I'm doing just that; I say, "I am. I'm this old, doing what feels natural, so by definition I'm acting my age". Doesn't usually go over well, but that's no necessarily my problem. As effective as hearing George philosophizing, was hearing George's guitar philosophizing as the background music for the clip. Beautiful. C in California

Yes, Anon., this exactly. Well put.
The man knows of what he speaks! Literally timeless advice…
Hey, I'm 57! Just like George in this clip, I guess.
And mentally, I picture myself as about 23. I'm always surprised when I realize I'm much older than people in their 20s and 30s.
Well said, George!
I'm 58. I play volleyball with a people a lot younger than me. When I look through my eyes at them, I think "hey, I'm just like them!".
Then I look at the group pictures and get a dose of reality. :-)
I don't always agree with George but I still miss him like a long lost uncle.
My mind says 33, my drivers license says 73, my body says 103.
Nice!!
Reminds me of this great, great little P. Hux song .... and Sal, I never would have known who Parthenon Huxley is if not for BW. Now a big fan.
Parthenon Huxley Tiny Desk Concert video. "I Still Feel Like Me."
