Austria, March 18, 1965, John Lennon and Paul McCartney took part in a jam session with
Jacky and The Strangers, where John played a Fender Jazzmaster and Paul played drums.
That is all.

Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t Austria behind the Soviet controlled Eastern Europe? Or did you mean Australia? Or am I totally confused as I frequently am?
That's plenty. It's a big year for the Beatles. The Yoko biography, an interesting dual bio of John & Paul that focuses on their friendship and the documentary One to One: John & Yoko out April 11!
Going to De Young Museum in San Francisco on Thursday to see exhibit of Paul McCartney's photos taken with his Pentax 35mm on 1st US visit. This should bring back a few memories.

What great photos of those two young men in company with Jacky and The Strangers who were the German band the Beatles played with in Hamburg. Cheers!
