Seriously, no one was moved enough by this footage to say anything?

A moving performance would be an understatement. Makes me wish I was there when it happened and could experience it live. Hard to find the album though which was "Maxwell Street & Friends, Vol. 1 by Maxwell Street". Thank you for posting this moving performance that confirms again the music in all forms is the rhythm of life.

Found the album this was originally on which was "And This Is Maxwell Street 2000". It is a 3 CD set that features street recordings made for "And This Is Free" Mike Shea's legendary 1964 documentary film about Chicago's Maxwell Street. Thank you again for turning us on to this.
