Read This Book If...

...you are a fan of The Beatles.

...you aren't a fan of The Beatles.

...you think The Beatles are overrated.

...you think you've read enough books about The Beatles.

...you want to read one of the best books about The Beatles.

...you want to read one of the best books about anyone.

...you enjoy laughing.

...you enjoy reading.

 Trust me.

(Thank you, John P.)

Have you read the Mojo Beatles edition? I started reading it yesterday and it's full of stuff I hadn't read before. You wouldn't think there's anything new under the sun but I'm finding it wonderful. It's primed me for a Beatles fest. I'll check this out.

Have not read the Mojo. My subscription doesn't include special issues, and I haven't been to the Village magazine shop in some time. I will try to find one.

The thing about "150 Glimpses," without giving away too much, is the structure of it all. It's not just stuff you haven't read before, but the ingenious way he tells what you think you already know.

Just ordered it, along with a few more CDs by musicians who aren't making touring money. Thanks for the tip!

This was published as One Two Three Four here in Britain, but well worth adding to your readng list whatever you call it!
